Dishub Asked to Analyze Fuel Budget Reduction on School Bus

City Council's Budgeting Agency (Banggar) asked Transportation Dept. (Dishub) to re-analyze fuel budget reduction as many as Rp 5 billion for bus school in APBD-P' General Policy and Provisional Priority Budget Ceiling (KUPA-PPAS) 2017.

Because its correction for fuel purchase budget is very high that reach to Rp 5 billion

City Council's Banggar Member, Syarif said, it needs to be done to anticipate its impact to students regarding school bus operational budget reduction.

"Correction for fuel purchase budget is very high that reach to Rp 5 billion. While school buses are rarely seen on the field," he said in Banggar Meeting, City Council Building, Thursday (8/24).

APBD-P's KUPA-PPAS 2017 MoU will Be Signed

At the same place, Jakarta Dishub Head, Andri Yansyah ensured the 140 buses mobility and 30 bus crews even fuel purchase budget allocation is reduced by Rp 5 billion in APBD-P's KUPA-PPAS 2017. Budget proposed to be reduced because his side has used Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in each fuel purchase for bus school.

"We can ensure school bus mobility to run optimally. Though if it is not enough, we can anticipate it by using Transjakarta bus," he closed.
